Digital Marketing Specialist

Parkster is now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys optimizing digital channels and embracing new technologies, for our future growth.
About the role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Parkster, you will be responsible for the full scope of our digital marketing. From strategic planning, campaign execution and optimization of digital initiatives, ensuring business growth of Parkster across all markets. You’ll be playing a key role in evolving our digital media strategy and execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
You’ll be located in Lund and work cross-functionally with other departments and colleagues all over Parksters international context. You will be part of a marketing team, including content and communication as well as local marketing activation colleagues. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, located in Lund.
In this role, you will:
Develop full-funnel plans and ensure alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
Plan and execute campaigns across various channels such as Apple search ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, to drive measurable results.
Take ownership of the digital media budget and performance metrics to impact traffic, conversions and tracking as well as the overall marketing ROI and ROAS.
Lead A/B testing, tracking, and analytics to guide continuous performance improvements.
Identify and target the right audiences to ensure campaigns resonate effectively and drive conversions and campaign performance.
Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and regulations affecting marketing channels and results.
Work cross-functionally with tech, analytics, and content teams on campaigns, insights, and optimizations for business growth.
Are you a Parkster?
We are looking for a positive and strategic thinker with a good sense of humour. We believe, that to succeed in this role, you must have:
A university degree or equivalent higher education in digital marketing.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with both strategic and executional responsibilities.
Proven track record in digital media buying and performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and familiarity with key tools.
Experience with AI and SEO.
A tech-savvy, curious, and organized approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Fluent in Swedish (native level) and English; German is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in teams - and enjoy growing together with your team.
