About the role as Head of Expert Services

As Head of Expert Services, you step into a key role for our continued growth journey. Your mission is to lead and develop the organization with a focus on delivery quality and strong business acumen in every customer relationship.

Main tasks for you:

• Set strategic direction and goals with KPI:s for the department and be responsible for follow-up.

• Develop our methods and delivery models to ensure the highest quality in every step.

• Coach individuals and teams through clear expectations and a high level of trust.

• Collaborate closely with sales and customers to drive growth and build strong business relationships.

• Act as a link between product and development to create the best possible customer solutions.

• Responsible for recruiting and shaping stars for the team.

• Represent Parkster in strategic customer meetings and industry events.

• Budget responsibility.

About you

You are a secure, driven, and positive leader who understands the power of change and the charm of a growth company. You have experience in leading consulting- or delivery organizations towards a proactive and customer-focused way of working, and for you, business acumen is a natural part of every professional role.

Your experience

The right personality and attitude always matter most, but we would like you to have:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in leading consulting or delivery organizations (preferably within SaaS/software).

• A pronounced business sense and a genuine enjoyment of doing business.

• A great interest in technology.

• The ability to quickly build trust and thrive in an environment where knowledge is shared.

• Academic background or equivalent

• Fluent skills in Swedish and English. German is considered a great plus.

Practical information

The role is based at our head office in central Lund and you report to the COO. Expert Services is part of Operations and you will be a member of the Operations management team. Business travel is included in the role.
